Life Coaching is motivational, inspiring, positive, exciting and action driven. This is not counseling nor it is therapy. The bottom line of Life Coaching is about setting goals & action steps to achieve them within a specified time frame.

Life coaching helps you analyze where you are now and then helps you decide where you’d like to be. It will then help you bridge the gap. By raising awareness and encouraging you to take responsibility for your life, life coaching can help you rise to your own particular challenge and go further than you ever thought possible.

I will help you to become more focused and help you to pin down what you really would like to achieve, then through the support that you will get from me - your Life Coach - and your own work you will set the plan to achieve what you have pinned down. It is working with your Life Coach to plan the work and then work the plan.

Currently the Life Coaching Services that I provide are:

- Life Coaching Through Skype: This service is for all people around the world who are fluent in either English or Arabic. General Points regarding my coaching sessions:

- I don't have a free session, but you can ask for a chit chat to ask few questions to help you make an educated decision.

- The session time is 45 minutes.

-  My Time Zone is GMT+2 during the winter and GMT+3 during the summer.
