This article comes as a continuation to the earlier article we have written titled "Would You Dare To Dream." To have the ability and freedom to dream is amazing. To let yourself be driven by your own imagination is magical. Limitless are the boundaries of the worlds that you can create. Limitless are the emotions that you can feel. But where do we go from here? As a life coach I am interested in the process of transferring a dream into reality. Please be ware that although it is very tempting to dispute what is a dream and what is a reality, it is not the intention of this article to tackle this issue. The intention of this article is to keep us moving forward. We need to keep moving from one dream to another. This consistent flow of motion that consist of dreaming, planning, achieving and then dreaming again and again. This is the process that will keep us alive, keep us breathing, keep us wanting to wake up in the morning and looking forward to the future. But let us pause a little bit. When we talked about the reasons of not being able to dream in "Would You Dare To Dream," we did not mention one of the most important factors that is holding us back from our dreams. Time!!! These days we think we hardly have time to breath. Who in his/her right mind will take fifteen minutes to close his/her eyes and let go of the imagination into the perfect world that we would love to live in. But if you want to master the art of dreaming this is what you need to do. You will need to dedicate time in which you will be able to create your perfect world. At the beginning you will face difficulties putting your imagination together, don't give up. Dreaming is a skill like any other. We need to train ourselves on the art of dreaming. The first step is to train ourselves on the act of dreaming itself. Once we are done with this phase then we move into crystallizing the dream. In this phase we keep trying to make our dreams as clear as possible and think about as many details as possible. Remember you are creating your desired world. Some people might concentrate only on one area of their lives, others might create a dream that holds many areas of their lives. The next step in the art of dreaming is to choose one single area and ask yourself... What is the first step that I need to take to make this dream come true? If you think you are being silly, then you need to go back to the first step to know how strongly do you feel about your dream, and how strongly the dream is pulling you towards it. Feel how happy you are in the details of your imagination, in the reality that you are creating in your dream. Then move back to the second step. The steps to follow are only a repetition. Every time you achieve a step... you ask yourself the same question again... What is the next step that I need to take to make this dream come true? In my point of view if we were able to master the first step, the following steps will follow automatically. Still it is important to remember that the dreams and the steps are two components that cannot be separated. Steps without a dream means that we are living aimlessly, while dreams without steps means that we are stuck with one dream and living a life of a treadmill. I will start applying my own advise and dedicate at least 10 minutes a day to create my own dream. I will keep dreaming until I am afraid no more of dreaming. Then will keep on dreaming until my dream becomes crystal clear. Once it becomes crystal clear, I will start thinking of my first step. Let us start DREAMING
