In this article I would like to share the experience that the participants went through with "iDecode: The workshop that will crack your internal code."

Before I go ahead with the participants testimonials, I would like to share my own experience with the iDecode pilot workshop as it was a very special experience for me.

Although iDecode is not the first training that is of my own design, and it is also not my first training within the personal development area as I have ran in Fastlink a 3-hour training course with the title "Staying Alive" for about one and half years, but this particular course was special in so many areas.

The first special aspect of iDecode's design is that it is not made in one shot. It runs for two hours a week over a period of five weeks which gives the time for the participants to digest the information and have enough time to apply the learning one week at a time. 

The limited number of participants within one group of participants, makes it easy to develop a closer relationship with the participants. This enriches the environment of each session.

The punctuality of the participants was detrimental in creating a wonderful atmosphere where all participants were totally committed to starting at the designed time of the session.

Let me now share with you some of the testimonials that the participants accepted to share to the public so that you can have a first hand feedback about the quality of the workshop.

First I will share with you the part of the workshop evaluation where the participants rated certain aspects. Some of the participants did not finalize their evaluation forms; therefore, I will share with you the average of the completed forms that I have. The scale is between 1 to 10 where 1 is weak and 10 is excellent.
