If you make a simple search over the internet about anxiety or panic cures you will always find many sites promoting an anxiety natural cure as a substitute to medication.

Is medication really bad. Well every medication has its side effects. Therefore, it is very important to understand from your doctor the effects of each medication he/she is prescribing and its side effects. 

We often notice that doctors always tend to find it easier to prescribe medication for anxiety, stress, panic, depression and other similar disorders. 

Patients normally have very limited patience when it comes to time to recover. They need immediate results. Medication in general has that advantage over natural remedies.
