With this article we are coming to the end of this phase which was exactly as we have anticipated; a long phase of studying and discussing anxiety physical symptoms. In this article we going to dicuss the last anxiety symptom that we have in our research which is Hot or Cold flashes. Emotional distress such as anxiety can cause warm/hot or cool/cold sensations or flashes. These sensations for flashes usually happen in the upper part of the body. These flashes are usually short lasting but the frequency of getting them might increase. It has been noticed that the majority of anxiety sufferers get hot flashes rather than cold ones. cold flashes are more associated with sudden panic attacks. The more anxiety rises more of the following happen: 1- The more hot a person feels 2- The more frequent the flashes occur. 3- The more sweaty a person becomes. The way this works involves the feeling of other anxiety symptoms which we have talked about in previous articles. We have to say here that anxiety symptoms in most cases do not happen independently but rather one triggers the other as we will see now when we try to explain why the flashes happen. When anxiety hits, a person experiences an adrenalin rush. With the increase of anxiety a person becomes pumped up just as if running a race. The heart rate increases (palpitation). The brain is in overdrive, thus causing sweating which can include sweaty palms. Now by calming down a person my start feeling cold and chilling feelings might overcome a person. Controlling anxiety - which is going to be part of our next phase - leads to a reduction in the number of hot or cold flashes. Our next phase will be two dimensional: The first dimension can be described as a linear continuation of the current path in which we will concentrate on research, studying and discussing: 1- Controlling Anxiety 2- Different Remedies for anxiety 3- and, how to stop anxiety Although we must admit that although we will right articles about this area, but most of our solution finding will be published as posts on our "What is Anxiety" Blog. Still that does not mean that we will not publish articles here about it, but most of the videos, personal findings and thought breakthroughs are going to happen at the blog. The article section at "What is Anxiety" section of the website will concentrate more on the academic findings. The second dimension can be described as more of branching out from the main stream. We will be looking closer at different types of anxiety such as: 1- Social anxiety 2- Child anxiety 3- Pill anxiety 4- Teens anxiety 5- and other anxiety types We will continually introduce material for you to better understand what is Anxiety.
