The abundance of self help tools available within one market and across all markets is creating a significant amount of skepticism around such tools. We cannot say that such skepticism is groundless, at the same time such a method can be the only method for recovery, and a very clear example to that are Self help anxiety disorder programs.

Although medication proves to be a very effective solution to many people, the longevity of medication as an anxiety solution brings a huge disadvantage.

People who have actually recovered from their anxiety disorder did not do it through medication, but through their own efforts which were guided by effective programs. These programs can be either through therapy, books, DVD's, CD's...etc.

Which method is more effective does not depend on the way of communication, but it depends on the methodology of the program itself and on what scientific grounds it is based. Still we must admit that there is a role to the method of communication in that different people respond to different communication methods in their learning and understanding journey.

How do we know if a self help anxiety disorder program or solution is really credible and effective. With the many self help tools and programs available it is hard. Especially that such programs are equipped with very good hyped marketing languages that make a lot of attractive promises.

One of the best methods is to look for people who have actually used such programs and know what they say about it. If we find that there is a good amount of positive feedback and reviews for a program then it is highly probable that it is a credible and effective program.

 

LindenMethod

 

We have conducted our own research to find such self help anxiety disorder solutions and we were able to find two programs that receive a wide spread positive feedback and acceptance.

Those two programs differ from each other in the method that they rely on. The first program, which is called Panic Away,  depends on a technique that is called " The one hand movement." The second program concentrates its efforts on the theory that all anxiety related disorders have one source, accordingly its solution targets that source to facilitate the recovery process. This program is called The Linden Method.

We have summarized a description of the above programs and added other informational channels that include other anxiety attacks treatments. You can take a look at all that in our anxiety centre.
