It seems to be that there is a huge confusion in the area of anxiety disorder between programs and methods that show how to control panic attacks, and between those that act as a panic cure.

While the former shows us ways how to control a panic attack when it occurs, the latter targets the root problem and helps us cure panic totally.

When we learn how to control panic attacks, what we really learn is either to decrease the severity of the attack when it occurs, or show us how to notice the first signs of the symptoms and accordingly enable us through implementing a set of steps or activities to prevent it from happening.

Panic Away

We should not confuse this with the effect of medication. Medication's effect is totally different. What they do is suppress the symptoms thus giving the patient a feeling of being totally cured. Yet the problem with medication is that its effect is there only when it is taken. Once a person is off the medication the symptoms will come back. The other problem lies with the different side effects of each medicine.

The programs or methods that enable us to cure panic, they target the source of the panic program. We call it a program because the brain for one reason or another has built a perception of fear for a situation(s) that does not require such a reaction. What those programs do is that they change the program by altering the perception of such situations. Therefore, after implementing these programs the person is panic free.

A lot of the programs which show how to control panic attacks, promote themselves as panic cures. Now they could be very effective in their objective of controlling a panic attack, but they should not be confused with a panic cure.

What we have done is that we conducted our own research to find credible and effective programs that have both objectives included. here they are:

The first program depends on a technique that is called "The One Hand Movement." It shows a person what to do in case of a panic attack. What we have read from the different sources of feedback and the different reviews is that a person can feel freed from panic if the system was mastered. This program is called Panic Away.

The second program depends on what is widely known in the domain of anxiety disorders, is that all anxiety related disorders have one source in the brain. The solution of this method targets this part of brain, thus acting as total panic cure. This program is called The Linden Method

We have summarized a description of the above programs and added other informational channels that include other anxiety attacks treatments. You can take a look at all that in our anxiety centre.

We have included other information in our blog post titled "How To Control Panic Attacks." You will also find other interesting information in the post "What Is The Best Panic Cure."
