Despite this fact both disorder combined can feed into each other creating a vicious psychological state within a person. It has also been said that it comes as a surprise to many the fact that while moods created by both disorders are diverse or even opposite to learn how often depression presents itself as a secondary disorder in an person who already suffers chronic anxiety. This causes normal sleep patterns to be seriously disrupted which aggravates the depressive lack of energy, and contributing to more confusing thought patterns.
