The Best Advertising Money Can Buy

This Article Written by Casey Tyler

Article marketing, in my opinion, is the most effective form of advertising there is. It doesn’t cost you anything but your time. I am an internet marketer and I’ve spent a fortune on internet marketing and advertising and none of them are as effective as article marketing. I am not saying that there are no paid advertising techniques that work. I am saying, however, that I have not found one that compares to Article Marketing. There are no other forms of marketing that offer as many benefits as this.

All article submission web sites allow you to leave a link back to your web site. There are, at my last count, over 160 article directories. When you submit to these sites it leaves highly relevant links back to your site. This is a very important part of search engine optimization. Most article directories let webmasters copy articles, in tact including your links and name, to post on there own site. This will give you even more relevant links to your site.

People will begin to see you as an expert in your field. When you write an article you have the floor. What a great way to start building trust and credibility with potential customers. Make sure you are writing informational articles and not advertisements. Most respectable Article submission sites wont let you do that anyway. Be professional and do your research. Know what you are writing about!

You will learn more about your area of expertise. This is an important one. Just because you are an expert in your field does not mean you know everything there is to know. I cant tell you how much I’ve learned on every article I’ve written. Knowledge is power. Use it.

More traffic to your web site. People will want to visit your site to find out more. They may visit out of curiosity. Either way, this increases traffic to your site and increases your chances to sell your product. Sometimes articles get picked up and distributed in e-mail campaigns. This could produce a wave of traffic to your site. Keep in mind the better the article, the better the chances are of this happening.

Search engines love article submission sites. They visit and index them a lot because they are always receiving new content. I can’t say for sure but I would suspect they visit daily. If your name and web site is on that site your site will be indexed as well. I can’t guarantee this will happen to you, but I’ve seen an authors name go from not even being indexed to being number one in the search engines in just one week. To me, that is simply amazing!

Article marketing is be far the greatest ways to get your name out on the internet. The articles that you submit to these sites are usually archived and will be there for years. If you are still unsure try doing a search on your name, your site, and your product. Then, write one article and submit it to five sites. Wait one week and do a search on your name, your site, and your product separately. The proof is in the results and it doesn’t cost you a dime!
